Gamcheon Culture VillageThis cultural village with high artistic value has buildings arranged like stairs on a hillside hillside by the coast. Haedong Yonggungsa TempleUnlike most temples that built on the mountains, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple was built along the coastline. The temple, which was built since 1376 by a great Buddhist master, consists of 108 steps, a 3-story pagoda, a 10 meter high statue of the Buddhist goddess Haesu Gwaneum Daebul and a spring.

Jagalchi Fish MarketThe largest seafood market in Korea sells a wide variety of fish and marine animals, both live and dried. Enjoy the experience of choosing the live seafood of your choice that will be cooked and served right away in no time. Visit this market in October for the annual Jagalchi Cultural Tourism Festival.

Yongdusan ParkYongdusan Park offers beautiful views of Busan harbor and its surroundings. In this park, there is the 49 meter high Yongdusan Mountain, which is one of the 3 most famous mountains in Busan. The mountain is also home to various monuments, including the Busan Tower, a 118 meter high tower; the statue of Admiral Yi Sun-shin, the Chunghontap pagoda; and the Cheokhwabi monument.

Gukje MarketGukje Market is one of the largest traditional markets in Korea. Each market aisle is filled with stalls selling a wide variety of goods, from fruit, vegetables, fish, to electronics, souvenirs and vintage clothing. Visitors can find these items at very reasonable prices!
From the Gukje market, visitors can explore other markets that are connected to the Gukje market, such as: Bupyeong Market, Kkangtong Market, and several other similar markets. |
Gwangalli BeachThis 1.4 km long beach is very famous for its soft sand. Gwangalli Beach was participated in a water cleaning program which makes the water on the beach is pure. Apart from playing on the beach, visitors can enjoy restaurants and cafes, as well as shop at shops that sell well-known fashion brands.

TaejongdaeDesigned as one of Busan's monuments, Taejongdae is famous for its rocky cliffs. From the top of the cliff, visitors can enjoy the beauty of the ocean which has various shades of blue. In addition, there is also a lighthouse and observatory. Taejongdae is also famous as a place for prayer rituals that rain down in the dry season. At its highest peak, 250 meters, is a forest of pine trees and 200 other kinds of trees

Bosu-dong Bookstore AlleyThis road is a paradise for fans of books, literature, or just those who like antiques. Besides reading, you can also just enjoy the atmosphere of the street that is different from other places in Busan, while enjoying coffee in cafes with vintage ambiance. Yeongdodaegyo BridgeYeongdo Bridge (daegyo), one of the landmarks of the city of Busan, is the first bridge that connects the two districts in Busan, namely Jung-gu and Yeongdo-Gu. When a ship crosses, this bridge will lift up so the ship can pass under it. This moment also becomes a unique attraction for tourists. Every day the bridge is lifted up about 2 to 7 times.

Oryukdo IslandThis island is called Oryukdo, because it depends on the day and tidal waves, you can see 5 (= o or five) or 6 (= yuk or six) uninhabited islands. Because many ships come to the port of Busan through Oryukdo Island, the island is a symbol of Busan's cultural heritage.

Dongnae Eupseong FortressThe Dongnae Eupseong Fortress is a site that gives a clear portrait of the history of Busan. This 1.9 km long fort was built to fend off Japanese attacks during the Imjin War. Walk up through the fortress trail, and enjoy seeing the Busan city bird view. Dongnae Eupseong festival held annually in October is the best time to mingle with local Koreans.

Oryukdo Sky WalkLocated at the Seungdumal point that divide the East Sea and the South Sea, Oryukdo Skywalk, a 15-meter clear glass bridge with the shape of horseshoe, opened on October 18, 2013, with theme "Walking over the sky.”
The bottom of the glass was specially produced with bulletproof film glass that has a thickness of 55.49 millimeters, making the structure quite safe. The thrilled experience walking over the transparent floor is one of the thing that attract visitors aside of the gorgeous wide view of the sea and the best spot to see Daemado Island on sunny days. |
Korea National Maritime MuseumWithin this museum with an antique structure, there are more than 14,000 historical relics and displays divided into 8 exhibition halls, a special exhibition room, and a children's exhibition room. The Korea National Maritime Museum tells the history related to the marine industry, from shipbuilding, expedition, military, marine areas, to marine science. Visitors can also enjoy the 4D theater which will add to their marine experience and knowledge.

Beomesa TempleIt is one of the most famous temples in the Yeongnam area, Busan city. The temple is composed of important parts such as Daeungjeon Hall which is one of the luxury architects of the Joseon dynasty; Iljumun Gate, a 3-story pagoda and 4 pillars; and pavilions, gates and 11 hermitage. Surrounded by wisteria forests and valleys, the most beautiful Beomosa temple was visited in May. This place also provides a templestay program for those who want to know themselves and the culture of Buddhists.

Sea Life Busan AquariumOne of the best aquariums in South Korea, where you can enjoy the underwater beauty through a long tunnel.

Hwangnyeonsan BongsudaeBeacon Fire (Bongsudae) Hwangnyeonsan. Enjoy a spectacular views of the city of Busan from the beacon fire station that turned into a City Viewing Lounge, located on the peak of Mount Hwangnyeonsan. Need 2-3hours hiking to reach the peak of Mount Hwangnyeonsan. Every year, there are various activities such as the beacon lighting ceremony and ritual for the mountain god.

Haeundae LCT the Sharp building, the 2nd tallest skyscraper in Korea. Open in July, 2020.
The Observatory itself located in the 100th floor, you will get a chance to see many of Busan’s landmark sites including
the Gwangandaegyo (diamond bridge) in Gwangalli Beach as well as Busan Marine City.
When the weather is clear, you can even see the Japanese island of Tsushima in the distance.
